Scheduling your shifts

You can schedule your volunteer activities from the convince of your home or phone!

(1) Go to lacc.mn/vic and enter your log in credentials.

For your first interaction you'll received an email with a temporary password, and you will be prompted to change it before being redirected to the home page.

(2) From the home screen, click on the calendar icon

(3) On the Calendar you can see shifts available. We are going to be ambitious this year! We'd love to have shifts covered as many days a week as possible! So feel free to sign up for all the shifts you would like to work. Click on the day you would like to cover a shift, and you will be redirected to that days available shifts.

(4) To sign up for a shift, all you have to do is click the shift you would like to work on the list you see below.

(5) Click on the shift you would like to cover and a pop-up window will appear with more details. At the bottom of that window is prompt to sign up for a shift. Click schedule me, and it will ask if you you are sure, if you are sure, then click yes. You will then see that you are assigned to the shift.

(6) You can also remove yourself from a shift by doing the same thing in reverse. Click on the shift and a pop up window will ask you if you'd like to be removed from the shift. At the bottom, click yes. And you will you have been removed from the shift.
