Using the guides and map counts allows us to track the number of people who stop by the Visitors Center, take some information, but don't come inside.

Using the guides and map counts allows us to track the number of people who stop by the Visitors Center, take some information, but don't come inside.

After signing in, please count the number of maps and guides in the containers on the outside of the Visitors Center: Guides should total 15, maps should total 25 the both locations, at the Visotor Center and further at the trail (see pictures below). Refill up to those numbers, and enter these numbers in the "" at the
(1) Go to the Kiosk, on the side bar on the left, scroll down and click the clock button at the bottom of the screen.
(2) Click the Visitor and Literature count form
(3) This will take you to a google form, where you type in your initials, pick the 'Opening Procedure' Drop down and select today's date.
(4) Hit next at the bottom and then enter in the number of guides and maps you REPLACED when you counted them, and hit submit.
Before you leave, go out to restock and count the number of maps and guides outside the building. Simply repeat the steps (1) - (3) selecting a "Closing Procedure" from the dropdown list:
When Closing, we also would like for you to record the number of people you talked to in your shift, and a brief description of the day:
Finally-enter in the number of guides and maps you replaced in each container. Hit submit on the form and after being redirected to a thank you message, hit the home button on the keyboard to be redirected to the Kiosk home screen.
